I occasionally post art here, but I am very active over at Tumblr. My main interests are video games and kids cartoons. I'm also an avid roleplayer using Tumblr as a platform.

Percy the Small Engine is my guardian and savior.

Crying Fry
I haven't ever really drawn Fry in my own drawing style. I mean, I have, but it never looked very good. I think this time he turned out looking awesome. It was great practice for drawing emotions, too.
SoSu and Spouse
The only ship I have ever shipped. Haha. Here's my Sole Survivor and his wife, in happier times.

I never finished shading in the guy's hair.
Percy Tale of the Brave

Here's a relatively older drawing of Percy before I really started trying to learn how to draw engines. I thought it was a fun warm up. It's from a screenshot from Tale of the Brave, which is one of my favorite TTTE movies.

I really like Percy and James.

Anyways, this was drawn before I knew what I was doing with perspective.
James shaded
The pic is meant for tumblr but i thought, why not upload it here? i was too lazy to change the background color from tumblr's dashboard blue. i've been enjoying drawing the different engines of Sodor and James was a lot of fun to draw. he certainly gave me a challenge with perspective due to him being longer than percy and having a tender attached!

nevertheless he was great practice for shading in metal. specifically from a light source that's more behind and to the side than directly above or next to him. not to mention, i'm trying to approach lineless art. the lineart layer isn't at full opacity and adds definition right where it needs to be.
